The goal was to build an all-in-one platform that simplifies launching, tracking, and managing ambassador programs. We wanted to make influencer marketing accessible and effective for companies of all sizes while ensuring ambassadors had an engaging and rewarding experience.
Solution
Social Strudel charges companies a monthly fee to use the Ambassador Program Software, providing them with ongoing access to all platform features and support. We built a backend system that integrates with all major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit. This integration allows ambassadors to link their accounts, providing businesses with verified data such as ownership, follower counts, and recent posts—empowering them with valuable insights.
We managed the Social Strudel branding to ensure consistency and appeal across platforms, developed custom backend software to manage campaigns and provide insights, and created an ambassador app for iOS and Android. The app allows ambassadors to view tasks, track activities, and earn rewards, with gamification elements added to boost engagement and motivation.
